Our very own venue is the Cavern Suite located within the main terminal building. The Cavern Suite can accommodate up to 30 delegates (Board Style) or 80 delegates (Theatre Style).

Enjoying a central location above the main Check-In Hall, the Cavern Suite is easily accessible by both the lifts and escalators for those with restricted mobility.

A wide range of catering and refreshments can also be provided, together with presentation and training equipment if required.

In addition to the Cavern Suite, there are also a number of additional meeting and syndicate rooms that are available for hire at highly competitive rates.

We have rates available for full days, half days and evenings. All are priced competitively and include concessionary car parking arrangements for all delegates.
