No-one sells our parking for less, and we guarantee you will not find the same product cheaper within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Liverpool John Lennon Airport!
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your on-airport parking. Should you find your parking, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked, we will refund the difference!
If you find the same product for less then please send an email to priceguarantee@liverpoolairport.com with your booking reference number, the details of where you found the same product cheaper, and any other information requested in the submitting a claim section below. Please ensure that the product you are comparing is identical in all respects, and that it meets the terms set out below. Any variation and we cannot offer our best price guarantee.

Terms and Conditions
In order to qualify for a refund of the difference, the claim must satisfy all Terms and Conditions of the Best Price Guarantee and be submitted in compliance with the claim processing procedure below.
Prices can change frequently; you must contact us promptly by email to priceguarantee@liverpoolairport.com, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your parking room through liverpoolairport.com. Your email should include the following information:
- Full Name
- Booking Confirmation Email (please ensure this includes your booking reference, and parking dates and times)
- The website where the lower rate is available
- The date and time where the lower rate is available
Liverpool Airport Limited and not the passenger/customer submitting the claim must be able to verify the lower on-line published price at the time of the claim and confirm that the lower price does not exist on liverpoolairport.com.
- Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots or any other supplementary evidence submitted by the customer will not be accepted as proof.
- The Best Price Guarantee is valid only for lower rates found online for the same product, as booked through liverpoolairport.com on the exact same dates with the exact same booking conditions.
- Liverpool Airport Limited will only allow the Best Price Guarantee to be used on bookings that are completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show. Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.
- Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to products purchased through or in combination with membership rates, loyalty programs, loyalty points or other reward type programs, corporate rates, cash back or voucher sites, or special promotions where the booking is made.
- The Best Price Guarantee only applies to the cost / price of the actual parking. Booking Fees, Credit Card Charges, Administration Charges cannot be included in any comparison.
- Comparison prices must be listed and quoted in pounds sterling.
- The Best Price Guarantee does not apply and cannot be compared to products that are already discounted or products that are currently being promoted as a ‘special offer’.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions, our standard car parking terms and conditions of booking, including any cancellation policy are still applicable.
- Liverpool Airport Limited reserves the right to terminate Best Price Guarantee offer at anytime without notice.
