Coach Drop Off and Pick Up

Coach and Large Passenger Transporter Access

For coach and large passenger transporter access (including large mini-buses with more than 24 passenger seats, mini-coaches, and limousines), the airport will require advance notification to parking@liverpoolairport.com including arrival dates/times, vehicle details, etc.

Note that in some cases, there may be a charge applicable, payable either at the Airport's Car Park Office or by account set up in advance.

Pick Up & Drop Off: Football and Special Events:

Advance notice of operating coaches for major events must be sent to parking@liverpoolairport.com to ensure that access is confirmed and granted.

Due to current security restrictions imposed by the Department for Transport and limited coach parking facilities, all coaches for major events will be directed to the Pricebuster Car Park or alternative Airport Compound for pick up & drop off.

There is no charge for dropping passengers off, however, coaches picking passengers up will be charged £25.00 (inc. VAT, per coach). This charge includes assistance from Security personnel and staff in helping and directing passengers.

Pick Up & Drop Off: General (non-football / event)

Advance notice of operating coaches must be sent to parking@liverpoolairport.com to ensure that access is confirmed and granted.

For single coaches, access to the terminal front (Coach Road) will be allowed, depending on current security status and stand availabiltiy. Please follow directional signage for the "Buses/Coaches access and RVP" route. The entry barriers are operated by the Airport's Control Room.

No charge is applicable for coaches dropping off, however, a charge of £5 (inc. VAT) will be made for coaches picking passengers up.

Mini-buses

All mini-buses (under 24 seats) must use the dedicated Mini-Bus Drop Off / Pick Up point within the Long Stay 1 Car Park. This car park operates a discounted minimum tariff for mini-bus operators. Mini-buses arriving via the RVP road will not be granted access to the terminal front and will be asked to turn around.
