Secure cycle lockers for passengers are located opposite the terminal building, on the right hand side of the new hotel and multi-storey car park.

Passengers wishing to use a cycle locker should go to the Car Park Kiosk, located within the multi storey car park, where they will need to complete a form and collect a cycle locker key. Please note a debit or credit card is required as a carbon copy will be taken as a £20.00 deposit which will be destroyed once the key is returned.

The Car Park Kiosk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Bicycles as Baggage

Each airline applies its own policy with regards to carrying bicycles as baggage. Passengers are advised to check latest details direct with their airline or tour operator.

Where permitted, bicycles are required to be checked into the hold and packaged in a suitable box or bag. The airline may also require the handlebars to be turned parallel, flush with the frame, and the pedals to be flush against the frame or removed. Some airlines also require the wheels to be removed or the tyres deflated.

Suitable Bike Bags can be purchased at the Information Desk at a cost of £15 per bag.

Please note, the Airport and Information Desk are unable to provide tools to prepare the bicycle for travel.
