Disabled parking spaces are located at the front of Long Stay, Premium and Multi-Storey car parks and are subject to availability.

Effective 26th November 2018, travelling passengers who hold a valid blue badge will be able to use the Express pick-up/drop-off car park free of charge for up to 40 minutes. To avail of this service, travel documentation and blue badge should be presented at the car park office (both documents must be issued in the same name), located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park, upon receipt of which a car park exit ticket will be issued. Please note that standard tariffs apply should the 40 minute free period be exceeded.

Car park charges will also vary according to;
  • The time of year
  • Location in regards to the terminal
  • How far in advance you make your car park booking
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book? This could be because;
  • The car park is fully booked for all or part of your stay

  • Discounted products are only available for certain dates and have a fixed allocation of spaces for these dates
It is very unlikely you will find no availability so please contact our call centre for more assistance on 0845 644 0659.

Remove the ticket, and the barrier will raise allowing you to enter. Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or if the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, press the intercom for assistance. Please bring your booking reference with you.
What is a Red Route No Stopping Zone? A ‘Red Route’ no stopping zone is in operation at Liverpool John Lennon Airport to ensure the safety and security of everyone visiting the airport. Don’t worry, you’ll know if you’re in the Red Route now stopping zone as it is clearly marked on the carriageways, there are over 80 high profile signs, which advise drivers that they are entering a Restricted Zone and there is ‘No Stopping at Any Time’. Remember this is for everyone’s safety and security. Anyone who chooses to disregard the No Stopping zone and does stop on the Red Route will be subject to a penalty charge notice, as detailed on the signs.
What do I do on my return from holiday? Drive to the exit barrier and insert your car park ticket, the barrier will raise automatically allowing you to exit. If the system failed to recognise your vehicle on entry, before collecting your vehicle take your ticket and a copy of your booking confirmation to the Car Park Office (ground floor of the Multi-Storey car park), where your ticket will be validated for exit. Any additional stays outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which can either be paid at the car park office or at the pay on foot machines located on the ground floor of the Multi-Storey car park. This should be paid prior to collecting your vehicle.
What is the car parks address? Liverpool John Lennon Airport, L24 1YD. The airport is also well sign-posted, and we recommend that drivers follow signage to the airport terminal.
How do I get to the car park? Travelling from the North, take the M6 southbound to junction 21A with M62. Please note that junction 21A is a split junction, and motorists should ensure they come off at the slip road signposted Liverpool. Follow M62 westbound to junction 6, and then exit onto the A5300 (Knowsley Expressway). At the end of the Knowsley Expressway, turn right onto the A561 (Speke Boulevard) and follow signs to the Airport, which is situated off Speke Hall Avenue. Travelling from the South / East, travel M6 northbound to junction 20 with M56. Follow M56 to junction 12 and then exit onto A557/A562 dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to the Airport, situated off Speke Hall Avenue. Travelling from the Wirral / North Wales. Passengers travelling from Wirral may find it more convenient at peak times to use the M53 and then the M56 (as instructions from the South / East) rather than a route through the City Centre of Liverpool via the Mersey Tunnels. Passengers travelling from North Wales should join the A55 to connect with the M56 eastbound, and then follow instructions as from the East. The Long Stay and Multi Storey Car Parks can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal. The Fast Track Car Park can be accessed by turning left off the dual-carriageway as you approach the terminal building, following green signs for RVP. After half a mile turn right, following signs for premium car park.
