MEET & ASSIST - DEPARTURE
Personal Service
Your personal Concierge will greet you on arrival at the airport’s entrance (or at your chauffeur driven car) and lead you to your airline counter.
Priority Check-In
We will assist with your baggage and escort you through the priority check-in process (if available).
Express Security
Your personal Concierge will then escort you through the Express Lane security control.
Lounge
Book access to VIP lounges and we will ensure you’re settled in while you wait to board.
Luxury services
Your Concierge can suggest boutique shopping or collect items for your flight such as food and beverages.
Flight departure
When your flight is ready to board, your Concierge will collect you from the lounge and escort you to the aircraft for priority boarding, if permitted.

Personal service
Your personal Concierge will greet you at the aircraft exit with a personalized name board.
Passport control
We will escort you through passport control.
Luggage
In the baggage reclaim hall your Concierge will assist with your luggage and escort you through customs.
Farewell
The service concludes at your final mode of transport or with your waiting colleagues, friends or relatives in the Arrivals area.
