XLR Executive Jet Centres, Rigby Group’s corporate aviation brand that is managed, developed, and operated by Regional & City Airports Limited (RCA), is looking to recruit Customer Service Officers on both FTC and Ad-Hoc hours contracts based at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

In this exciting and rare role, you will work as part of the outstanding Jet Centre Team assisting the Corporate Aviation Manager in maintaining a first-class executive handling facility providing an industry-leading, concierge-style service, working airside with a wide range of corporate aircraft.

This is a truly varied role where you will be arranging chauffeur cars, luxury catering and hotel accommodation, as well as meeting aircraft, escorting clients, and operating a variety of ground services equipment.

The role is perfect for anyone with a passion for customer service and a love for aviation, but wants flexibility in when they work. XLR are proud of their operation and are looking for individuals who ensure that our customers are always the priority, demonstrate absolute discretion and professionalism at all times but, most importantly, act safely and in-line with industry regulations.

Given this exciting operation is based at the H24 Liverpool John Lennon Airport, we are looking for passionate people who can work around the clock on any day of the year with prior notice.
