An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist Administrator at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The Airport has made significant progress over the past two years to both grow the range of destinations available and the choice of airlines serving Liverpool, delivering increased passenger numbers as a consequence making this an exciting time for the airport.
Reporting directly to the PA to the CEO, you will provide an exceptional Reception and general business support service. You will ensure the Reception area functions efficiently, with a high standard of customer service provided at all times. You will be working as part of the Administration team to provide full business support.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, giving a positive impression of the Company at all times. General administration duties (answering, directing and screening calls, distributing incoming/outgoing mail, typing, filing, coordinating bookings for meetings across the Airport site, ordering of stationery and catering requirements, answering telephone calls, greeting visitors and taking messages etc) and secretarial support as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial and administrational experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a proven track record of being able to multi-task within a busy and demanding environment.
You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work on your own initiative as part of a wider organisational team, possess strong problem solving skills, coupled with a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
