Airport Service Quality surveys provide insight into the average passenger's customer experience at the airport, controlled and verified by ACI Airports International Council. As well as LJLA, 306 other airports worldwide also take part in the surveys. This provides a clear and comparable benchmark which can be used to improve the customer journey, prioritise investment and track customer performance against targets.
LJLA is benchmarked against airports of a comparable size, our immediate competitors and larger airports who serve our routes.
Our ASQ results for Q3 2016 are out and once again we are pleased to announce that our customers feel Liverpool John Lennon Airport has improved and we are now FIRST in our benchmark group!
This means we are the fastest, easiest and friendliest airport in the North-West with the highest customer satisfaction levels!
