Selected from 24 participants, each of the eight finalists will produce four espresso and four cappuccinos to industry expert standards at the Barista Championships organised by leading travel caterer, SSP UK, in London on Tuesday 30 March. The coffees will be marked upon technical ability, presentation, consistency and taste balance. Marta will also have the chance to flaunt her natural flair and passion for coffee by creating a signature drink from scratch. This section offers the perfect opportunity for each finalist to display their knowledge and creativity about the wonderful world of coffee.
