Lufthansa’s global link takes off from LJLA
Lufthansa’s new service to Frankfurt takes off from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, bringing the return of global connectivity for the city for the first time in over 10 years.
Following numerous requests and passenger feedback we have recently opened an outdoor smoking area in the departure lounge which is accessed from the lower level, past the Kissing Gate Bar & Restaurant and is clearly signposted.
This smoking area which offers secure entry and exit also affords protection from inclement weather, provides wall mounted ashtrays and a wall mounted heater, however, there is no seating. Any persons with restricted mobility will also be able to access this smoking area from Gate 44.
Electronic Cigarettes
Please note after careful consideration, Liverpool John Lennon does not to allow passengers to use electronic cigarettes within the terminal building. Users must also use the dedicated smoking areas.
