 Question Answer
Will my car be safe? All our car parks are extremely safe and managed by Liverpool John Lennon Airport. We offer high levels of security, with high-tech CCTV systems, electronically controlled entry and exit barriers, and 24/7 monitoring. Furthermore, all our car parks have all been awarded the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking so you can have the security of knowing your car will be safe whilst you are away. Cars are always parked at their owners' own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.
Why should I book my car parking with Liverpool John Lennon Airport? We offer a Best Price Guarantee, which means we promise you won't find our products cheaper elsewhere!
See above for how safe our car parks are!
All our car parks are on airport.
You won't be able to find products closer to the terminal than the ones we sell.
We are Liverpool John Lennon Airport's official airport and operated by the airport's staff.
Do I need to hand my keys in? No, we operate a ‘self-park’ policy, which means you park in the space you want, and keep your own keys. No worrying about strangers taking your car out for a drive!
Are there any disabled facilities? Disabled parking spaces are located at the front of the car parks (Long Stay, Fast Track, and Multi-Storey), they are subject to availability.
What payment methods are accepted for pre booking? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron, Solo and AMEX for pre-booking. We are unable to accept any other form of payment via this website.
Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions? We have no height restrictions in the Long Stay or Fast Track Car Parks, however, please note we do not allow trailers, or coaches unless they have pre-notified the airport. Any vehicles requiring more than one space must make a booking via the call centre; 0845 644 0659.
How are parking charges calculated on this website? Pre-booked Parking is charged per day or part thereof. For example if you are travelling on a Monday and returning the following Monday you will be charged for both Mondays. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%. Car park charges will also vary according to;
The time of year
Location in regards to the terminal
How far in advance you make your car park booking
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book? This could be because;
The car park is fully booked for all or part of your stay
You do not meet the booking conditions for that product
Discounted products are only available for certain dates and have a fixed allocation of spaces for these dates
It is very unlikely you will find no availability, please contact our call centre for assistance on 0845 644 0659.
What happens after I have made my booking? You will receive an on-screen confirmation detailing booking reference and instructions. Please print this page for your records as you will need this information at the airport. We will also send you a confirmation email and some helpful tips and information for getting to the airport and making the most of your time here at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?

Please note, some products such as Price Buster are non-amendable – this is clearly displayed on the car park description page. Although we do not charge an administration charge for changes, please note there may be an additional charge depending on what you wish to change your dates to. For instance, if you originally booked an 8 day stay, but now wish to extend your booking to 10 days, you will be charged for the additional 2 days stay. Another example would be if you wish to change a week’s parking in March to July, an additional charge may be payable due to a difference in price for parking in a busy period.

How can I contact you? If you have any queries, please email [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a booking you can also contact our Call Centre on Telephone: 0845 644 0659. The Call Centre is open Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. What do I do upon arrival? Drive up to the entry barrier, the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system will read your vehicle registration number and automatically issue you with a ticket, which will show your pre-booked reference number and vehicle registration number (please wait about 20 seconds for this process). Remove the ticket, and the barrier will raise allowing you to enter. Please retain the ticket and keep it safe as you will need this to exit. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle or if the barrier does not raise for you automatically when you arrive at the airport, please press the intercom for assistance. Please bring your booking reference with you.
Red Route No Stopping Zone

A ‘Red Route’ no stopping zone is in operation at Liverpool John Lennon Airport to ensure the safety and security of everyone visiting the airport.

Don’t worry, you’ll know if you’re in the Red Route now stopping zone as it is clearly marked on the carriageways, there are over 80 high profile signs, which advise drivers that they are entering a Restricted Zone and there is ‘No Stopping at Any Time’. Remember this is for everyone’s safety and security.

Anyone who chooses to disregard the No Stopping zone and does stop on the Red Route will be subject to a penalty charge notice, as detailed on the signs.

What do I do on my return from holiday? Drive to the exit barrier and insert your car park ticket, the barrier will raise automatically allowing you to exit. If the system failed to recognise your vehicle on entry, before collecting your vehicle take your ticket and a copy of your booking confirmation to the Car Park Office (ground floor of the Multi-Storey car park), where your ticket will be validated for exit. Any additional stays outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which can either be paid at the car park office or at the pay on foot machines located on the ground floor of the Multi-Storey car park. This should be paid prior to collecting your vehicle.
What is the car parks address? Liverpool John Lennon Airport, L24 1YD. The airport is also well sign-posted, and we recommend that drivers follow signage to the airport terminal.
How do I get to the car park?

Travelling from the North, take the M6 southbound to junction 21A with M62. Please note that junction 21A is a split junction, and motorists should ensure they come off at the slip road signposted Liverpool. Follow M62 westbound to junction 6, and then exit onto the A5300 (Knowsley Expressway). At the end of the Knowsley Expressway, turn right onto the A561 (Speke Boulevard) and follow signs to the Airport, which is situated off Speke Hall Avenue.

Travelling from the South / East, travel M6 northbound to junction 20 with M56. Follow M56 to junction 12 and then exit onto A557/A562 dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to the Airport, situated off Speke Hall Avenue.

Travelling from the Wirral / North Wales. Passengers travelling from Wirral may find it more convenient at peak times to use the M53 and then the M56 (as instructions from the South / East) rather than a route through the City Centre of Liverpool via the Mersey Tunnels. Passengers travelling from North Wales should join the A55 to connect with the M56 eastbound, and then follow instructions as from the East.

The Long Stay and Multi Storey Car Parks can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.

The Fast Track Car Park can be accessed by turning left off the dual-carriageway as you approach the terminal building, following green signs for RVP. After half a mile turn right, following signs for Fast Track Car Park.
