Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, and our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time.

We have many fond memories of the Queen travelling through the airport - the highlight being when she opened our new terminal building in 2002.

Please note

As part of the mourning period following Queen Elizabeth II's passing, the following will take place:

• A one-minute silence at 20:00 on Sunday 18 September
• A two-minutes silence at 12:00 on Monday 19 September
• The State Funeral will be shown on televisions at the Beer House, Kissing Gate and Aspire Lounge
• A number of stores are scheduled to close for the day
• The airport will observe a quiet time during the hours of the State Funeral
