We are official Employer and Apprentice ambassadors for the Department of Education's Liverpool Apprenticeship Hub. Educating young people on the benefits of apprenticeships for the individual and for the organisation.
Liverpool John Moores University
From mock interviews to dissertation case studies to internships and careers talks, we have worked with LJMU for almost ten years with the aim of educating young people on the world of business.
St. Christopher's Primary School Speke
Through our previous partnership with The Big Trust, we have worked with St. Christopher's P.S, Speke, on multiple educational projects.
Alder Hey Children's Charity
Our official fundraising partner, we have worked with Alder Hey Children's Charity for over three years through #LJLALoves raising £184,000.00 of our £200,000.00 target. All of which has gone toward helping produce 'Alder Play' and transforming the hospital's outpatient area.
South Liverpool Foodbank
One of our long standing CSR partnerships. In 2019 alone, we donated 5000kg of non-perishable food, water, hygiene products and more to South Liverpool Foodbank.
3D training solutions
3D training provide high quality training courses. We have partnered with 3D to develop our A-Team volunteer programme, as well as various leadership courses. Our latest project being our 4 week Travel & Tourism employability course.
South Liverpool Homes Group
Partially governed by our very own Finance Director, we have worked with SLH on a number of employability and educational projects.
Blackburne House
Liverpool Airport currently has several bee hives on land donated to Blackburne House. There is also a bee keeping course teaching local people transferable skills. We also have our very own honey!
North West Cancer Sunpledge
We are members of the NWCR sunpledge, helping to educate our outdoor colleagues on protecting themselves from their risk of skin cancer associated with working outside.
Payroll Giving (HM Government & Institute of Fundraising)
Since 2016, Payroll Giving has been one of the most consistent ways we raise money for LJLALoves Alder Hey. To date, colleagues have raised a combined total of almost £9,000.00 through Payroll giving alone.
